Biography
Ryan Dobrowski (b. 1980) is a contemporary painter living and working in Tucson, Arizona. His paintings explore the serenity, solitude, and stillness of the American landscape through landscapes and still lifes. Drawing from Early Modern painting, folk art, and woodblock prints, Dobrowski brings together simplified forms, soft color, and defined edges to create a distinctive visual language.
